Submissions should contain the following info:
(only proposals written in English will be considered)
- Title
- Authors' names, affiliations and contacts
- Abstract, 250-800 words
- 3-5 keywords
- 3-5 references
- Authors' short bio (maximum 200 words)

The authors of the selected abstracts will be invited to submit full-length papers after the conference for peer review. The chosen papers will then be published in a Citar Book Collection with DOI and ISBN.
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
