Igor Jesus (1989) lives and works in Lisbon.
He holds a degree in Sculpture from the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Lisbon. His practice is diverse, drawing from his sculptural background to develop a body of work that seamlessly integrates painting, video, photography, sculpture, and installation.
He was a visiting artist at the School of Arts in 2020/2021.

Jesus has held solo exhibitions such as Chessari at Solar – Cinematic Art Gallery, A Última Carta ao Pai Natal at Galeria Filomena Soares, and Debaixo do Sol at Appleton Square, Lisbon.
In 2016, he participated in various group exhibitions, including: Karin Sander, Igor Jesus and Igor Bosnjak, Artist’ Film International, Whitechapel Gallery, London, UK
