Mark Peranson was the Head of Programming of the Berlinale and editor and publisher of the magazine Cinema Scope.
He served as a member of the selection committee of the Locarno Film Festival from 2010 to 2018, from 2013 to 2018 he was the Head of Programming. He directed, in 2013, La última película (with Raya Martin) and, in 2008, Waiting for Sancho.
