Call for abstracts: 3rd to 30th November
Communication of acceptance to authors: 16th December
Abstract and papers should be submitted via Microsoft CMT containing the following information:
-Title
-Authors' names, affiliations and contacts
-Abstract, 500 words maximum
-3-5 keywords
-3-5 references
-Authors’ short bio (maximum 150 words)
-All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English, and approval of all co-authors must be obtained before adding their names to the abstract.
-Authors should specify if oral communication or poster presentation is preferred.
ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Authors will have 15 minutes time for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion. Before your session starts, you will be asked to check in your presentation on the conference room computer with the technical staff.
POSTER SESSIONS
Posters will be displayed on electronic screens during the coffee breaks. The poster presenter will be requested in advance to send a pdf file to the Executive Committee and to stand next to their poster during presentation.
PUBLICATION
After the conference, the authors accepted communications may submit a full paper to integrate a special issue of Advances in Cultural Heritage (by Universidade Católica Portuguesa), a scientific journal from the Research Center for Science and Technology of the Arts (CITAR) to promote research and dissemination within Heritage and Conservation-restoration emergent and impactful topics. Submitted full papers will be double-blind peer-reviewed following the journals’ review process and published under an open access policy, with no article submission or processing charges.
