The cultural and creative sector stands out for its innovation, creativity, and emphasis on intellectual capital. This Master's program, taught entirely in English for international students and with a strong international focus, offers an interdisciplinary approach that combines art, technology, and management. Preparing students to face the challenges of a dynamic and ever-evolving sector, the program trains professionals to conceptualize, manage, and implement innovative and sustainable projects in the contemporary context. With a post-work schedule, classes are held on Friday evenings and Saturdays, allowing students to balance their studies with other professional activities. a. Characteristics

The curriculum of the Master's in Enterprise Management for the Creative Industries is diverse and interdisciplinary, covering courses such as:

• Business Management and Strategy in Creative Industries
• Art, Culture, and Creative Industries
• Legislation in Cultural and Creative Sectors
• Creativity
• Marketing, Branding, and Business
• Technologies in Creative Practices
• Project Management and Business Planning

In the first year, students develop skills in creativity, business management, financing, marketing, technologies, and impact evaluation. In the second year, they can choose between:

• Creative entrepreneurship pathway (Final Project)
• Research pathway (Dissertation)
• Professional pathway (Internship)

b. Main Objectives

 

The program's main objectives are:

• To train specialists in the financial, legal, and operational management of the creative sector;
• To enhance the efficiency and socio-economic impact of cultural and creative projects;
• To foster critical reflection on the creative industries, encouraging innovative thinking;
• To equip students to identify new business opportunities and address the sector's challenges.

By the end of the program, students will be prepared to critically analyze the sector, propose innovative solutions, and lead creative projects with impact on both national and international levels.

c. Professional Outlets

Graduates of the Master's in Enterprise Management for the Creative Industries will be qualified to:

• Develop technical and scientific activities in identifying business opportunities in the cultural and creative sector;
• Act as researchers in the design and analysis of sector-specific activities;
• Analyze prospective scenarios and organizational contexts within the creative sector;
• Manage processes and organizational routines in the creative industries;
• Create and execute sustainable projects aligned with the sector's economic and cultural dynamics;
