School of Arts launches  HERITAGE LAB & ADVANCED TRAINING, a new series of Masterclasses, Residencies, Workshops, Lectures, and Visits dedicated to the areas of Heritage • Conservation • Restoration. The initiative brings internationally renowned academics, specialists, and artists to Porto for short stays, promoting a space for knowledge sharing, experimentation, and critical reflection.

The program includes conferences, training workshops and material and technical experimentation, restricted discussion sessions with researchers and master's and doctoral students, as well as field visits carried out in collaboration with cultural and scientific institutions.

Combining science, critical thinking, creativity, and practice, the HERITAGE LABORATORY & ADVANCED TRAINING offers a future-oriented update in the field of Heritage • Conservation • Restoration. At the same time, it helps prepare the sector for the challenges of change, positioning it at the center of contemporary heritage, cultural, social, and environmental debates.
