In this issue of JSTA, Carlos Sena Caires was the guest editor of a thematic dossier entitled “Creative Digital Intelligence”, on the creative opportunities and challenges of Digital Intelligence. This dossier emerges as a critical expansion and a dialogue with the ARTeFACTo 2024 International Conference in Macau.

The issue also includes an essay by Nicole Kasbary on the use of the STEAM educational model; an audiovisual essay by Maarten Coëgnarts on applying Rudolf Arnheim’s work in the field of visual perception to cinema; a critical review by Sara Magna of the book War and Aesthetics: Art, Technology, and the Futures of Warfare; and a review by Vanina Saracino of the exhibition Soleil·s, held at the Museum of Contemporary Design and Applied Arts in Lausanne, between March and September 2025.
