The new edition of EPoCH, the annual scientific conference organized by the Heritage and Conservation and Restoration focus area of the Centre for Science and Technology of the Arts (CITAR), is already scheduled for next year, from March 18 to 20.
In 2026, the conference will reinforce its international dimension by integrating the initiatives of Transform4Europe (T4EU), namely the Conference on Sustainable Heritage and the European Week of Shared Heritage.
With the theme “Heritage future(s) / future heritage(s): on the threshold of change”, EPoCH invites reflection on the challenges shaping the futures of heritage and the heritages of the future, promoting an interdisciplinary debate on new practices, values, and responsibilities in the field of conservation and restoration.
A call for abstract submissions is open until the end of the month. +info
