On 22 February, the event "Culture and Creativity in Perspective" will take place, organised by the Master's in Creative Industries Management from the School of Arts of the Catholic University of Portugal. This gathering will celebrate the 15th anniversary of the master's programme, providing a unique opportunity to reflect on its role in shaping professional careers and contributing to the development of the cultural and creative industries.

The event will bring together first and second-year students of the course, alumni, faculty, and partner entities. The initiative aims, on one hand, to review paths and inspire new professional trajectories and, on the other hand, to reflect on the role that the master's program and partner institutions play in affirming careers and in the evolution of the sector. This will also be a unique opportunity to strengthen cooperation ties between academia and external entities. Considering that a significant portion of current students do not speak Portuguese, the event will be conducted in English, allowing for a more inclusive experience for all participants

22 February
10:00 AM – Opening remarks (Room EC 138A, Universidade Católica Portuguesa).
10:10 - 11:15 AM – Round table with alumni, moderated by Laura Castro.
11:30 AM - 12:00 PM – Presentation on CITAR’s research programme, by Daniel Ribas.
12:00 - 12:30 PM – Session on the doctoral programme in Science and Technology of the Arts.
2:00 - 3:30 PM – Round table with external institutions, moderated by Luís Teixeira.
