Screening as part of the Beco das Garrafas Cycle, programmed by student Manuel Barbosa.
Beco das Garrafas focuses primarily on music as a form of gathering, language, unity, and ritual; all the films share this common element. In this case, I chose to approach the theme as a tribute both to my Brazilian side and to my paternal family, since at every family dinner we have these musical moments, they are something that brings us together. Through this cycle, I also hope to convey that same feeling.
