This course aims to study the technologies associated with the production of Animation and Visual Effects (VFX) as well as its relationship with Drawing as a tool for construction and composition. It is intended that thelearning of the use of software and hardware associated with different instances of production of works, is intrinsically related to the practice of Drawing (both analog and digital).
a) Be able to develop proposals based on briefing and master the appropriate techniques for the production of an animated film project, video clip or showreel;
b) Understand the differentphases of an animation projectand the main technologies and methods that are involved in each phase;
c) Acquire a practical sense in the creation and visual thinking through Drawing, as a project development tool;
d) Acquire skills in the analysis of reality through the reasoning promoted by Drawing. Know and explore ways of structural construction of forms;
e) Acquire skills to create a storyboard, concept art, characters;
f) Know and develop the main techniques and methods of producing traditional / digital animation and visual effects.
