The aim of this CU is to provide students with options for developing an entrepreneurial activity (business) in the area of the 'creative industries' and its implications. Students will understand the need and ways of knowing the Customer and the Market and the factors of business competitiveness.

By the end of the course, students should be able to:

a) Recognise the specificities of projects in the different sectors of the Creative Industries.

b) Understand and acquire analytical skills in designing a project management model.

c) Understand the specific nature of the creative scope of a project in a business context.

d) Identify the fundamental features that characterise a Creative project.

e) Know management-oriented planning and organisational tools.
