- Understand the chronological alignment of the History of European Art since the 17th century to the 19th century;
- Apprehend the importance of historical, political, social, cultural phenomena of each chronological moment and their impact on European artistic phenomena;
- Cementing a diachronic vision of artistic production that allows identifying synchronic manifestations, including influences and artistic exchanges;
- Identify defining characteristics of a certain style or artistic production, knowing the main works produced in this context and their respective authors;
- Elaborate on the contents, mastering stylistic, material, typological and periodization characteristics, in a sustained and reasoned way.
