Born in 1978 and lives in Porto, where he works as a photographer, trainer and as a teacher in Higher Education. He studied photography at the Portuguese Institute of Photography, in Porto, where he completed the Professional Photography Course. He graduated in Audiovisual Communication Technology and has a Masters in Photography and Documentary Cinema from ESMAE. He was awarded the title of Specialist in Photography by the Instituto Politécnico do Porto. He was a Fellow of Pépinières Européennes pour jeunes artists (2003) and Instituto Camões (2015). He exhibits regularly in Portugal and abroad, having published several works. He has been a trainer for the subjects of Photographic Technique and Design and Author Photography, since 2014, and Architectural Photography, since 2016, at IPF – Porto.
