The "Ghosts and Delirium" seminar aims to explore various aspects of cinema and visual arts related to concepts such as spectrum, shadow, invisibility, unreality, matter, and memory. This discussion will delve into the idea of the ghost, viewing it both as a visual motif or theme and as a concept rich in symbolic and metaphorical dimensions.

The study day will feature the special participation of artists Bette Gordon and Sandro Aguilar, and will be complemented by two cultural activities: the opening of Letícia Ramos' exhibition, preceded by a performance, and a film screening at Passos Manuel of Sandro Aguilar's Mariphasa (2017), with the presence of the actor and photographer António Júlio Duarte.
