Between electronics, song, and experimentation, Tomé Silva (aka TOMÉ) has been carving out a singular path across production, composition, and drumming.
His work spans from the jungle rhythms of All I Am Is We to the production of Suspiro... by Maria Reis, as well as various collaborations and side projects.
This year, he returns with Quando Voltar ao Chão, released by Porto-based label Fera Felina.
Drawing from field recordings, improvisation, and collage, Tomé creates a space where time seems to stand still.

Tomé Silva is a producer, composer, and instrumentalist from Almada.
Since 2016, he has maintained a steady stream of releases, whether independently through his SoundCloud or Bandcamp accounts, or via various independent labels (Rotten Fresh, Angel, Fera Felina, surf).
His work is marked by a lack of stylistic boundaries, ranging from dance music and ambient to improvised music and song.
He has worked closely on projects with Farpas, Bejaflor, and Maria Reis, and is currently the drummer in the live line-up of the latter as well as Panda Bear (Noah Lennox’s solo project).
His relationship with the artistic medium is grounded in the pursuit of accident, fragility, spirituality, and contradiction as paths toward an outcome that is both unknown and familiar, frequently incorporating samples and collages from a wide array of sources.
