The motherboard, in its technical apparatus, is the central circuit: a surface where signals travel, where memory is hosted, where all components find connection. It is the unseen ground that allows a system to function, yet it carries the scars of extraction—minerals mined from the earth, labor enforced upon bodies, colonial infrastructures embedded in its very design. In the work of Tabita Rezaire, technology is never neutral—it is part of systems of violence and oppression, that requires to be made visible.

Rezaire invites us to read the motherboard not only as hardware, but as the primordial ground of consciousness. A cosmic matrix, where spiritual memory circulates like electric current, where each being is a node in a vast, relational network. In this sense, the technology of repair is our collective responsibility towards restoring connection to lineage, to land, to spirit. An invitation to reactivate channels of care, transmission and embodied knowing. The motherboard - as both epistemological praxis and sacred interface - allows the material and immaterial to meet, summoning repair and remembrance. Just as a damaged motherboard disrupts communication between components, disconnection from ancestral knowledge fractures our inner systems. Repair, then, becomes a re-mothering: a return to the original source code held within collective memory. It is an act of listening to frequencies long silenced, kept in defiance by guardians of traditions and communities of resistance.

Art + Tech x Cosmos =
The programme brings together artists, creative technologists, curators, writers, and thinkers with contributions extending across several thematic constellations: from spiritual and the mythic, socio-technological infrastructures and (de)colonial logics, to speculative futures. Through these contributions, the programme explores the potential to reshape how we think about human and nonhuman creativity, how we experience the convergence of art and technology, and how their imaginative possibilities can inspire new cultural practices and worlds. Curated by  Joasia Krysa, Nuno Crespo, Daniel Ribas and José Alberto Gomes

TABITA REZAIRE

Tabita Rezaire is infinity longing to experience itself in human form. Her path as an artist, devotee, yogi, doula, and farmer is all geared towards manifesting the divine in herself and beyond. As an eternal seeker, Tabita’s yearning for connection finds expression in her cross-dimensional practices, which envision network sciences - organic, electronic and spiritual - as healing technologies to serve the shift towards Mother consciousness.

Embracing digital, corporeal and ancestral memory, she digs into scientific imaginaries and mystical realms to tackle the colonial wounds and energetic imbalances that affect the songs of our body-mind-spirits. Through screen interfaces and healing circles, her offerings aim to nurture our collective growth and expand our capacity for togetherness.

Tabita is based near Cayenne in French Guiana, where she is birthing AMAKABA - her vision for collective healing in the Amazonian forest. Tabita is devoted to becoming a mother to the world.
