In this program of four films, the student José Antunes, from the degree in Cinema, proposes the discovery of the work of one of the best African filmmakers.

Ousmane Sembène's last film criticizes female genital mutilation, a common practice in some African countries. It tells the story of a woman who, after taking in 4 children to avoid this tradition, defends them with magical protection, generating a revolt within the village.
