Andrea Reisz is a cultural manager, educator, and researcher based in Timișoara, Romania. She currently serves as Program Director at Asociația Culturală Contrasens, where she coordinates educational initiatives, facilitates film education activities and trainings. She has played a key role in developing international programmes in Romania, including CinEd, Le Cinéma, Cent Ans de Jeunesse, and We Are 17. Her professional focus includes audience development, film education, and cultural management. In addition to her work in the cultural sector, she is an Associate Lecturer at the West University of Timișoara and the Polytechnic University of Timișoara. |

Mark Reid Although I was originally a teacher of literature, media, and film, for 25 years I worked in the Education departments of the British Film Institute - for 17 of those years as Head of department. Across those years I expanded the BFIs schools, youth, communities and families programmes, established innovative local programmes and partnerships, and, between 2012 and 2021, coordinated a number of cross-European projects funded by the Creative Europe MEDIA programme. Since 2010 I have been coordinating the UK workshops in the international film education programme le Cinema cent ans de jeunesse. In 2024 I joined the teacher training department at University College London. |
