Vasco Madureira Rocha, a former student of the School of Arts, will premiere his latest film, Alice, this Friday, May 23, at Batalha Centro de Cinema.
The screening is part of the “Sessões Filmaporto” programme, which regularly showcases films shot in Porto and selected through an ongoing open call.
Alice tells the story of a young woman caught between the apathy of everyday life, a toxic relationship, and the mysterious disappearance of her father — an intimate and unsettling portrait of youth in suspension.
Admission is free, with tickets available on the day of the screening (maximum two tickets per person).
