The Rector of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Prof. Isabel Capeloa Gil, announced the opening of a call for applications for a Ph.D. Research Fellowship in the field of Science and Technology of the Arts.

The fellowship will be awarded under the Research Fellowship Regulations of the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT) and the Research Fellow Statute (EBI), and will be funded by the FCT under the Collaboration Protocol for the Financing of the Multi-Year Research Fellowship Program for Doctoral Students.

This initiative is part of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa participation in the European alliance Transform4Europe, reinforcing the institution’s commitment to research, innovation, and the internationalization of higher education.

The application period runs from May 15 to May 31, 2026, until 11:59 p.m. (Lisbon time).
